Team Experience

To demonstrate our depth and breadth and technical capability in Administrative Support and Services, we submit our record of superior past performance, excellence, and success in the administrative arena for work performed on contracts that are similar in nature to the requirements levied by Seaport-e. New Age provides highly qualified, experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated personnel that can meet/exceed current and future requirements.

We ensure that all personnel are properly trained in administrative processes and procedures prior to reporting to duty. This includes getting the appropriate user guides, standard operating procedures, and references for off-the-shelf software and nonstandard software that is being used throughout Seaport-e. We anticipate that the COR/COTR will provide updates and changes to these guides as they occur so that all personnel are kept up to date on the proper guidelines and techniques. Seaport-e has the authority to provide training for our employees on nonstandard software packages and processes, at its discretion.

National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

As a subcontractor, New Age has provided Administrative Support Services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency under Contract Number NMA401-99-C-0014, Subcontract Number BMD-06-SC-96226 with Chugach Management Services, Inc. since September 2006. We currently provide this level of support to Chugach Government Services Inc. under Contract Number HM1572-08-D-0005. This time and materials, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract was recently re-competed and will exercise the next option year in September 2009. New Age personnel provide administrative services and support at the branch, division, and directorate level; research and resolve technical, programmatic, and budget issues as directed; receive, process, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and packages; create, purge, and destroy/retire office files as appropriate; coordinate meetings, conferences, and seminars to include space, visit requests, parking and other support functions; transcribe and distribute minutes; maintain Time and Attendance and submit in a timely fashion; prepare, log in, and distribute Personnel Action Requests (PARs) for final action; schedule travel arrangements via the government system to include ticketing, lodging, and rental car pick up/drop off; prepare, process, and distribute Travel vouchers for settlement actions; research, draft, compose, edit, and proofread general and special correspondence; maintain calendars as directed; prepare and update tracking actions for personnel actions, travel documents, maintenance requests, visit requests and other office correspondence; receive, screen, and route telephone calls and visitors; prepare outgoing mail and correspondence; arrange for outgoing items to be shipped via UPS, Federal Express or U.S. mail channels; create, update, and maintain charts, lists, and databases; order, maintain, and distribute office supplies and equipment; assist in the preparation of sensitive, special, proprietary, and classified documents, reports, manuals, regulations, letters, and other correspondence; maintain control and accountability of classified and sensitive materials.

Department of Homeland Security

New Age, under contract number HSHQPA-05-A-00053, subcontract number 05-0732-3270 with Defense Group, Inc., has provided Administrative Support Services to the Department of Homeland Security since August 2005. This time and materials, indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract is expected to be re-competed prior to its current end date of August 15, 2010. Defense Intelligence Agency

New Age, under Prime Contract Number HHM40207C0084 with the Defense Intelligence Agency, has provided Administrative Support Services to their DIAC/DAC-4 division since September 14, 2007. This time and materials contract was renewed for each option year through its end date of March 31, 2012. New Age personnel assist in the preparation of sensitive, special, proprietary, and classified documents, reports, manuals, regulations, letters, and other correspondence; maintain control and accountability of classified and sensitive materials; create, purge, and destroy/retire office files as appropriate; create, update, and maintain charts, lists, and databases; order, maintain, and distribute office supplies and equipment; generate and assign badges to cleared and unclear individuals; verify clearances; scan packages via X-Ray equipment; control parking and vehicle registration; conduct after hour security checks, perimeter checks, and maintain the security databases; research, draft, compose, edit, and proofread general and special correspondence; coordinate meetings, conferences, and seminars to include space, visit requests, parking and other support functions.
